At the end of 2019, Jaillant & Co reached a major milestone with the opening of its new production facility. Designed to bring together grape pressing, vinification, bottle storage and packaging under one roof, this modern building reflects our commitment to mastering every stage of crafting our Champagnes.
The project also provided the opportunity to create a welcoming space dedicated to our visitors. Overlooking the Montgueux vineyard, our showroom offers breathtaking views and serves as a place to discover our world, taste our Champagnes and share our passion for Champagne. This achievement marks a new chapter in the history of our family estate, combining traditional craftsmanship, modern facilities and warm hospitality.
